How does the Exceed System work?
This device has a flexible needle plate with 6 fine, single-use needles. Exceed is the only microneedling device cleared to penetrate 1.5 mm in the skin to create microchannels through the upper layer of the epidermis (stratum corneum) to trigger the skin’s natural healing response to stimulate collagen production.
The Exceed device delivers persistent power, with up to 900 needle insertions per second at different speeds. This allows our Master Estheticians to give each patient a customizable treatment to address different types of skin concerns. Additionally, the Exceed device is the only one of its kind that utilizes a dual-layer membrane in the cartilage to prevent back flow of liquids into the hand piece; this feature reduces the risk of contamination.
