When will I see my CoolTone results?
It’s hard to predict exactly when patients will see results since everyone is so different. However, most patients will see their desired body contouring results in 4 to 8 treatments spaced 2 to 4 weeks apart. Some patients may begin to see results after just a single CoolTone session. Maintenance treatments are recommended to maintain results.
How long do CoolTone results last? Are results permanent?
Like other forms of muscle toning, CoolTone isn’t permanent and you will need to continue your current workout regimen and continue maintenance treatments of CoolTone as directed by your provider to help preserve your results.

What is a CoolTone treatment like?
CoolTone is a pretty straightforward treatment. Once the applicator is placed in the treatment area, the device will begin to stimulate muscle contractions. The feeling is similar to how your abs may burn from holding a plank. After treatment, some patients may experience some muscle soreness and they may or may not experience muscle spasms, pain, and redness on or near the treatment area, all of which are normal side effects.

It’s crucial to understand that CoolTone is not and will not help you lose weight or body fat. CoolTone candidates are within their ideal body weight and are in overall good health. How long does CoolTone treatment take?
Each CoolTone treatment takes about 30-minutes and for optimal results, we recommend our patients to have a series of 4 to 8 treatments. We recommend treatments are completed over the course of 2-4 weeks. Maintenance treatments may be recommended by your provider after your full course of treatments.
