After you're checked in, your Aesthetica Body Contouring Specialist will come and grab you. They will take clinical photographs to help both of you track your before, during, and after progress. Then your provider will outline the treatment area(s) and apply a gel pad to create a barrier between your skin the and CoolSculpting applicator. Once the applicator is on, you'll feel a light vacuum pressure and intense cold. After about 5-10 minutes, the area being treated will become temporarily numb. During the rest your time, you can watch your favorite Netflix show, play on your phone, or even take a nap. CoolSculpting treatment time depends on the area and this can be discussed during your consultation with your Aesthetica provider. After the treatment ends, your CoolSculpting Specialist will massage the treated area for 2 minutes to help break up the fat cells.

CoolSculpting has little to no downtime, so you can go about your busy day after your appointment. Since your CoolSculpting package comes with 3 treatments, you may return for your additional treatments every 6 weeks. In the following weeks, your body will naturally eliminate the fat cells.
