ZO SkinHealth Gentle Cleanser
Massage a small amount on damp face and neck AM/PM. Rinse thoroughly. This formulation is gentle enough for post procedure skin to deeply cleanse oil, makeup, and other impurities.
Alastin ReSurface Polish
Apply a nickel size amount to cleansed skin, while the skin is still wet and gently massage for about 30 seconds. Rinse thoroughly with water. This exfoliator instantly smoothes skin with volcanic minerals and glycolic acid to sweep away dead skin cells.
SkinCeuticals Glycolic 10 Renew Overnight
Apply an even, pea-sized layer over entire face and neck every other night or as advised by your Aesthetica provider. This treatment improves skin clarity, brightness, and texture for a glowing complexion.

Apply 1-2 pumps to face and neck PM as the last step in your skincare regimen. This clinically proven formula restores skin thickness, elasticity, smoothness, and suppleness.

Apply a thin layer to a clean, dry face, neck, and décolleté Am/PM. This lightweight, multi-action skin tone serum helps improve the appearance of brown patches, sun damage, hyperpigmentation, and discoloration. This serum is hydroquinone, retinol, paraben, fragrance, dye, and cruelty free.
SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic with 15% L-Ascorbic Acid
Apply 4-5 drops in AM after cleansing and toning to face, neck, and chest. This serum protects skin against free radicals, UVA/UVB rays, ozone pollution, and diesel engine exhaust. This helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, improve skin tone, firmness, and brightness.

Common Questions
What areas can be treated with eMatrix?
In addition to facial areas, eMatrix treatment can be performed on many areas of the body like neck, chest and hands.
Is there downtime with the eMatrix system?
At Aesthetica, we say patients should typically expect 2-3 days of redness and swelling and up to 7 days of the light scabbing/bronzing left from the fractionated tip, all of which are completely normal and expected.
How many treatments will I need?
For optimal results, we recommend patients to receive 3-4 treatments. Each treatment takes anywhere from 10-30 minutes. Results are cumulative and improve over time as collagen processes work beneath the skin surface.
Does eMatrix resurfacing device hurt?

What does eMatrix treat?
eMatrix RF provides fractional ablation and resurfacing of the skin to treat mild to moderate wrinkles, fine lines, enlarged pores, stretch marks, hyperpigmentation, acne scarring and other textural irregularities, as well as red and brown spots. After repeat treatments on patients, we have noticed a moderate firming of the skin in the neck area in addition to skin texture improvements.
What are the benefits of eMatrix?
Unlike many other laser treatments, the eMatrix system is safe for all skin tones and types, including olive and brown skin. One of the main benefits of eMatrix is that the risk of unwanted pigmentation is dramatically reduced, because the bulk of the energy is delivered underneath the top layer of the skin. eMatrix boosts the skin's natural collagen and elastin production over time and it can also tighten loose skin.
How does eMatrix sublative skin rejuvenation work?
The eMatrix RF works by treating the selected skin area via a grid of tiny spots. The surrounding skin acts as a healing reservoir, regenerating and restoring collagen while accelerating the healing process to ensure limited downtime. The heat from the radio frequency energy sets up a collagen response at selected levels and at selected coverage concentration of skin area.
What kind of results can I expect after my eMatrix treatment?
Post treatment, patients notice a reduction of mild to moderate wrinkles and superficial skin discolorations, as well as a smoother and tighter skin texture.
After treatment with the eMatrix system for Sublative Rejuvenation, 83% of patients showed improvement in facial parameters, such as skin brightness, and 90% of patients showed skin smoothness/wrinkle reduction (Journal of Drugs & Dermatology, March 2009).
